The folks at Community Auto are fantastic. Super nice. Very communicative. Often less expensive than other options. They even took a look at a repair I asked them about and recommended I hold off because it wasn't going to be necessary for another 6-12 months. We've been using Community Auto for 4 years and they just keep getting better. They treat us right. Great communication. I like the reports we get, I can always log in and see the reports from the past and the history of maintenance and repairs. I love that they'll send and respond to text messages. If you're looking for an honest mechanic in Fort Collins, stop searching and go to Community Auto. These folks are what "community" is supposed to mean. They've earned my trust because they always do the right thing—even when the dealership has tried to do me dirty.

They know their stuff, they're transparent, and they never make me feel like I'm being sold something I don't need. Their communication and follow-up are outstanding, and they always take the extra time to explain things when needed. Best of all, they do quality work at a fair price.

Trustworthy shop with very helpful staff. Took my car to get inspected after the Ford dealership diagnosed an issue with a strut bushing previously replaced by Community Auto. The diagnosis of the dealer was found to be incorrect and the actual cause of the noise occuring was determined to be the steering rack for which no service was required. The inspection provided had a great outline of how the conclusion of the inspections were reached making me confident in the findings. Great auto shop with friendly technicians.
I have had service on two vehicles at this shop and have totally been satisfied with their work to get my vehicles on the road in good shape. I thoroughly enjoy engaging conversation of service being done and problems they are pursuing. Their shop is very clean and orderly, including the floors.
