Community Auto, Inc. (“Community Auto,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at https://communityautoinc.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or do business with our shop, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Community Auto is an independent auto repair shop located at 1925 S Timberline Rd, Fort Collins, CO 80525. We collect only the information we need to communicate with you, schedule and perform vehicle service, and run our business. We do not sell your personal information.

When you request an appointment, ask a question, request a quote, apply for financing, or sign up for updates, you may provide:

- A description of the service you need or the issue you’re experiencing
- Your preferred contact method and appointment times
- Payment information when you pay for service (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on the Site)

Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send text messages about appointment confirmations, vehicle status, and service reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in the following situations:
- Service providers. Companies that help us run our business — such as our appointment scheduling software, shop management system, payment processor, email and text-messaging platforms, website hosting, and analytics providers. - Do Not Track. The Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Additional Information
