Last time I went in for an oil change, I spoke at length with Evan about some ideas I had for a hitch and trailer for my van. Even though it would gain him no business or money, he took the time to chat with me about good options, things to remember and places to look to make my purchases. He explained details about hauling loads in a way I could understand. He was patient, clear, and never condescended to me like some male auto-mechanics sometimes do.
