I've taken my vehicle to Community Auto a couple times in the last year. They've taken great care of my car and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. The loaner car is a real life-saver too!

I have been a customer at Community Auto for almost a decade now and have been thoroughly impressed by the exemplary service provided. Their group of certified and experienced mechanics do a wonderful job of not only getting the repairs done well but also taking to time to do a whole car inspection while the vehicle is in and providing me with updates on what other repairs need to be done to keep my cars running well and reliable. The office staff does a great job of helping me schedule visits when there convenient for me and are extremely knowledgeable. They do a fantastic job of explaining to me what is being done during the repair to help someone as automotive illiterate as myself feeling informed and confident as to what is going on with my cars. I highly recommend Community Automotive to any of my friends and family as well as anyone else looking for a great family friendly automotive repair shop. I experienced amazing customer service yet again at Community Auto. I called this morning about having someone look at the rusted trailer hitch on the back of my SUV. Val answered the phone. She patiently listened to what the problem was and was able to get my vehicle in right away. Evan took a look at the hitch and came up with a solution that worked. Evan was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I was even offered a loaner vehicle if needed. I don't know anything about vehicles and I appreciate the continued willingness of the Community Auto staff to walk through with me in plain language what needs to be done. I've serviced my vehicles at Community Auto for years and I have yet to be disappointed.
