They were great, when they found out that my cars problem was something they didn't handle they waived the fees. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Extremely professional and experienced. Kept me in the loop on every decision by explaining pros and cons for each. Made decisions on how to fix my vehicle keeping me in the loop and being concerned for my financial outcome. Never condescending nor pushy. Also met or exceeded dates given to me for completion. Extremely personable. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to use your shop.

Evan was able to give me a second opinion for a problem with my car that I had been quoted OVER $5K to repair at a shop in Loveland. When I talked to him over the phone about getting a second opinion, he was kind, helpful and happy to take a look at what they reported. His initial inspection didn't reveal the same findings. After having his mechanics perform a very thorough inspection, they found that only minor repairs were needed. Now, instead of paying over $5K and being without my car for a week, I have an appointment that will be less than $200 total, and they will repair it while I wait! I felt respected, instead of taken advantage of, as a single lady! I will be bringing my car here from now on knowing that they are ethical and have amazing integrity. Thank you so much Evan and Community Auto for restoring my trust in mechanics. You truly are the "Good Guys" and have earned a new customer for life! I will recommend you to everyone.

Great to deal with

Had a great experience this week. Stacia was super friendly, and both men I interacted with (didn't get their names) were helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely has a different feel than your typical body shop. Didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of. And they have a great rewards program. Will definitely be using them from now on.

I've been coming here for around two years on account of their customer service and on what can only be described as their "ease of use:" no matter what the issue, I can call and make an appointment for either the next day or the same week. They are nice, straight forward, and do great work. I have never had an issue whether it was a taillight or an oil change. They were amazing when my old car crapped out and I was in a tough spot. They are the best in town :)

VERY. GOOD

I highly recommend Community Auto. I am not a local resident and found myself in need of a mechanic while on a business trip. Upon entering the shop I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop. It gave me a sense of satisfaction and I felt the owner of the shop (who I later learned is Evan), maintains a great deal of pride in his business, and thus, in my opinion, cares for his customers as well. During the course of the repair on my vehicle, I found Evan and his staff to be very caring and helpful. My repair was a two day repair, and it was wonderful that Evan had very inexpensive car rentals that helped me still do business while waiting for my vehicle to be repaired. If I was a resident of the Fort Collins area I would definitely keep Community Automotive as my primary source for my automotive repair needs.
