Always nice and courteous. Repairs were done fast and the communication was outstanding! They discovered an issue and let me know it was part of a recall on my vehicle. They said that while they could do the repair, they thought I should know I could get it done free at the dealership. Honesty, I like it!

I've always enjoyed the treatment I receive from the staff. I have no complaints about the staff or the work they have done on my vehicle. I do wish there was a way that when I make an appointment for service, it could be completed within a certain time frame. I have been told that, due to other customers, for some work/repairs, I will need to leave the car all day. That can be tough to do at times.

Great experience with Community Auto, they worked with me to get my car fixed, had a loaner car ready, and went through what they did and why in very straight forward manner.

I appreciate how proactive they are in providing information about the results of your appointment.

I went to the Emissions Testing center, waited for my turn, then my car was tested and failed in one place - the gas cap wasn't functioning. So I came over to Community Auto, and asked for a new part. The next day, I returned for the new part to be installed, paid for it, and it was done in 10 minutes and I went off to do the emissions test again and it was successful and in 10 minutes I could drive home. Thank you once again.

I love this place, when one place says I need to spend thousands on my car, Community Auto gives me a real estimate and explains to my non car savvy brain what is going on. 100% recommend this place to everyone!

Community Auto is an excellent shop. They took care of our Tracker for the whole time we had it. They are very honest and give you personal attention. They even told us when it was time to maybe not fix our Tracker any more because of its age and high mileage. All the time we had it only one major thing went wrong with it. I attribute that to the excellent care we got at Community Auto. Thank you for all your kindness through the years. You guys are the best.
