I got the diagnosis I needed, but it seems to be on the higher end ($93). I am a bit confused why the tech said that the cabin air filter needed to be changed, as I just bought and installed a brand new one 2 months ago. Hopefully that was just a mistake and not shady business tactics.

The only regret we have is that we cannot give Chris and Company 10 stars! We came in from out of state to tend the grandchildren while our daughter was in hospital. While in FoCo we found our daughters car had major issues. Chris got us in the next day and made sure her car was safe and ready to go. They even gave her a loaner while her's was being repaired. We can't say enough good things about the place! Thank you!

It is so hard and rare to find an auto mechanic establishment that is honest, trustworthy, and one with integrity, but that's exactly what this establishment is about. Chris could not have been more helpful when I called with a terrifying grinding/rubbing sound coming from my front drivers side tire. Long story short he got me in the same day to look at it, and even let me use one of their loaner cars. I was very fortunate that there was no damage to my car and they fixed the bent item that was grinding on the backside of my rotor. They didn't make up some reason to charge me for parts that were unnecessary, or come up with some other ridiculous issue that they could charge me for, in fact, they did not charge me anything. Thank you so much Chris and Community Auto!

I stopped by the other day thinking it was a community garage where I can pay for a time slot to work on my car but the angelic women in the front desk corrected and helped me out right away before closing hours. The great spirited mechanic Ned fixed my issue in less than 5 mins and sent me on my way. 5/5 would visit again if needed!

Best in town. Friendly folks, free loaner cars, txt updates about how my service is coming along, and an incredible inspection report that details (in plain language) all that your vehicle needs now and will need soon. Chris and Miranda up front are so easy to work with and the techs in the back are amazing some have 20+ years under the hood. Truly, it’s a local community auto shop where they remember your name and really want to serve you as best they can. Felt good to not be dragged through the corporate sales pitch. My car recently hit 100k miles and I knew it would need some repairs. The folks at Community Auto did a full inspection and sent me a detailed text message containing all of the results along with explanations, recommendations, urgency, and quotes. I was then able to contact them and approve the specific repairs I wanted done. They got everything squared away in a timely manner and the final bill even came out a couple hundred dollars less than what I was expecting. I primarily dealt with Miranda and Chris who were both amazing throughout the entire process. I trust them and will be taking my vehicles to them in the future.
