Always nice and courteous. Repairs were done fast and the communication was outstanding! They discovered an issue and let me know it was part of a recall on my vehicle. They said that while they could do the repair, they thought I should know I could get it done free at the dealership. Honesty, I like it!

I've always enjoyed the treatment I receive from the staff. I have no complaints about the staff or the work they have done on my vehicle. I do wish there was a way that when I make an appointment for service, it could be completed within a certain time frame. I have been told that, due to other customers, for some work/repairs, I will need to leave the car all day. That can be tough to do at times.

I went to the Emissions Testing center, waited for my turn, then my car was tested and failed in one place - the gas cap wasn't functioning. So I came over to Community Auto, and asked for a new part. The next day, I returned for the new part to be installed, paid for it, and it was done in 10 minutes and I went off to do the emissions test again and it was successful and in 10 minutes I could drive home. Thank you once again.
