Now I know why, from first hand experience, Community Auto has over 500 5 star reviews! I'm new in town having recently moved to Fort Collins from San Diego. Did not have the slightest idea of whom to contact for help with my dual battery installation issue. Research showed the 500+ 5 star reviews, so I plugged the address in to the GPS and found the shop. Walked in the door and explained my problem to Eric. It seemed like he was pretty busy, but still took the time to personally look at my SUV's battery installation problem. Long story short, 30 minutes later the problems were fixed. To my surprise, Eric wouldn't let me pay him for the work, even at my insistence. That I did not expect! Based on what I observed and the work ethic of Eric's crew, he just got a permanent customer. Don't see that much now days...

Dave and his guys are the best at what they do! I’ve never gone to a place as a female and felt so welcome and equal. They explained everything to me in great detail about what was wrong with my car and why it needed to get fixed, and did it in a way that didn’t make me feel lesser for not knowing about cars. They are the most honest, loyal, quality car repair shop in all of Colorado. I refer them to everyone I know with car issues, because I’ve never left there without the problem fixed and at a fair price as well.
