Had to make some expensive repairs on my truck which wasn’t fun, but I really appreciate how these guys handled it. They go to great effort to communicate the scope of problems and options, always friendly and positive interactions.

This is the second time I've been here and they were just as great as the first time. They got my car in earlier than my scheduled appt, salvaged the part I needed themselves which was much more cost effective and then let me come in a few minutes past closing time to pick it up. They also sent me regular updates and were really friendly and professional. It can be hard to find a repair shop that is not only trustworthy but makes you feel like your vehicle and your time matters. I definitely recommend them.

Community Auto repair did a great job with repair of the front brake system on my well used and loved 20 year old Tundra. Scheduling was easy, the estimate clear, front office staff well organized and helpful, and the repair done quickly and well. Thank you!

Honestly from start to finish, best experience I’ve ever had with an Auto Mechanic. I was referred over from Grease Monkey on Oakridge, when they discovered during a routine oil change that I had a belt that was cracked and a possible coolant leak. I called and spoke with Miranda who was absolutely delightful and thorough at explaining their process and fit me in a few days later. I dropped off my vehicle the evening before my actual appointment as that what was easiest for my husband and I to make sure the car was there on time. They not only got our car in earlier to do the inspection but sent me an entire itemized list of my cars “health.” It even included pictures and explanations, I felt so incredibly comfortable knowing they were upfront and honest about everything. They didn’t include a ton of extra stuff, or try to upsell me, they prioritized the issues and made it easy for us to make a decision. When I went to pick up, Chris was absolutely amazing, we had one of the items not fixed yet and he made sure to get it completed and got us on our way. You have a repeat customer for sure. This was my very first time ever coming here & they were AMAZING! The lady at the front desk gave me updates every minute (when they were taking it back, when he was almost done, etc) They gave me 100% honest answers on what was going on with my car. I will most definitely be making this my permanent mechanic place 😌💯

Customer Service is above and beyond expectations. Miranda got me in for a diagnostic appointment immediately. She provided a loaner vehicle for a few dollars a day while I waited for the repairs. Didn't have to wait long! My car was ready by 8am the next morning. Staff is knowledgeable and generous with explanations. Ladies listen up!! If you want a car repair shop you can trust, treats you with respect, and provides excellent service, this is the place for you.

Went in asking for something it turned out I did not need, just tightened a couple of bolts and off I went very happy. That's the kind of thing I want in an auto shop - great service.
