These guys are great. They're very good at communicating the issues with your car and how much it will cost to fix it. The cost is less than the Honda dealership, which, it turns out, is a total rip off. The only thing to be aware of is that they aren't as fast as some places, but they have loaner cars.

Shop was incredibly clean and the staff was very courteous. It was a no pressure experience and they helped me work through what needed to be done. Definitely will be back.

Just moved here from Seattle and heard good things about Community Auto. Took my car for the first oil change and met Eric and Chris who were highly personable and inviting. Car servicing was done in a very reasonable time with no surprises. Thank you Community Auto. You have earned a new customer.

Everyone at Community Auto was very professional and courteous. My only beef is that I asked to have a wheel alignment check, and I wasn't told until I got there that the don't do alignment checks--just alignments. I know others offer alignment checks, so I was a little put out.

Community Auto is a car repair business that I highly recommend. I was so afraid that something was so very wrong with my car because it is a 2006, but it is a highly rated car model, too. I guess my point being is that they could have taken advantage of the fact that my car is older, but they didn't. The staff, mechanics were very nice and patient. They took great care and that meant so very much to me.🤠

Hands down one of the best, if not the best auto repair shops I've ever dealt with. Living in Durango, 7.5 hours away, and looking for a trustworthy and reliable auto repair for my college student was the impossible task. After reading reviews from several shops in the area, Community Auto seemed to ice the cake in this profession. My daughters vehicle was towed to their shop. They were ready for it and quickly ran diagnostics during their busy Holiday schedule. I dealt with Donny and Chris. They both gave excellent, clear communications about the auto repairs needed after their evaluation. Unfortunately, I chose not to repair the old vehicle since the repairs where more costly that the vehicle's worth. I inquired about how to handle disposal of a non operable vehicle considering that I was not in the area. They gave me a great referral to an outside company. During the 2 weeks it took to organize this transaction and finalize the pick up, they were still very willing to meet my requests for help with removing the license plate and other possessions. They allowed my daughter to bring them the title so they could handle the final transaction with the towing company. They never charged me a daily fee for holding on to my vehicle during this time. They met the tow truck driver, handed over the title and received the payoff for my daughter to pick up later. Every time I called and spoke to Donny or Chris they both knew what was going on at all times had clear pricing and information every step of the way, without lengthy hold times. This is outstanding service from a company and it's individual employees to handle this seamlessly. I have already recommended them to another Durango parent who's student is in the Fort Collins area. I would have been a prime candidate for repair shop to take advantage of with all my circumstances. Instead they can add this recommendation to their many 5 star reviews with hopes to keep their business thriving on honesty, trustworthiness, and clear communication.
