I brought my vehicle to Community Auto under the least desirable circumstances, unplanned service for a dead vehicle. Community Auto did not take advantage of my vulnerable position. Full diagnostics were run on the vehicle, completed before promised, and below the estimate quoted. I was treated with kindness and without gender bias. I will return for planned maintenance!

The only mechanic I will trust in Fort Collins for anything other than an oil change. Honest, tell you what really needs done vs "could-do's" that arent as essential. Very reasonably priced for the area.

Our Murano air conditioning quit and Chris and his team got us all fixed up and out the door, including some required maintenance, in one day. We dropped off the car the night before, and the next morning they went through the car and sent a complete report of what they found on the A/C, as well as a complete rundown of recommended scheduled maintenance that we should be aware of. The report indicated that the A/C clutch had failed and recommended replacing the compressor. I asked about just replacing the clutch, but Chris said that their experience with aftermarket clutches was that they don't last. I appreciate that feedback because that would save me another repair down the road while just trying to save a little now. I also opted to have the transmission fluid change that was recommended in the report done at the same time. They got the compressor in and replaced same day along with the fluid change. I would recommend Community Auto for any auto or truck repair and maintenance needs.

After reading about several garages online, I decided to have my car towed to Community Auto and I am so glad I did. They replaced my alternator that was still under warranty (from a local automotive shop) by exchanging for a new one and only charged an extremely reasonable price for diagnostics and labor. Customer service was great and they didn't try to upsell by identifying a host of problems that didn't exist. They have my loyalty as long as I own cars.

Super understanding staff. They gave my husband a free cold soda when he was really hot and got him to try the new fire Mt.Dew which wasn't bad but he would not of tried it otherwise if he had to pay for it. Always a trusted place for our cars! Thank you!
